I'm a Senior Data Analyst and Business Intelligence professional with 13 years of experience across some of the most demanding and diverse industries, from insurance and fintech to agribusiness, utilities, retail, telecom, and education.

My toolset spans Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Python, and SQL. No matter the sector, my work has always centered on the same challenge: making complex data understandable and actionable for the people who need to use it.

I own the full analytical lifecycle, from building ETL pipelines and data models to designing dashboards and presenting findings to stakeholders. I care about work that is reproducible, well-documented, and genuinely useful.

This project was born from a desire to better understand the North Texas real estate market: where it stands today, how it got here, and where it could be over the next 10 years. The analysis covers 18 cities, combining historical data from Redfin and Zillow to compare home values, appreciation, growth, and market behavior over time. Using this historical foundation, the project applies forecasting models to explore potential future scenarios. More than simply tracking numbers, the goal is to make housing market data easier to understand for everyday people, helping someone considering buying a home, moving to a new city, or simply understanding their local market see which areas are growing, which are slowing down, and where new opportunities may emerge.
